NYLON VULCANIZING WEBBING
Rubber Hose Wrapping Webbing
Nylon 6.6 webbing designed for the vulcanization and finishing process of rubber hoses. These webbings are engineered to withstand temperatures up to 240°C, making them suitable for high-temperature curing environments.
What Is It Used For?
Nylon vulcanizing webbings are used to wrap raw or semi-vulcanized rubber hoses before entering the heat curing process.
During vulcanization, the webbing applies uniform external pressure, helping maintain the hose structure while producing a smooth and durable surface finish.
This process ensures the hose maintains its proper shape and dimensional stability as the rubber transitions from a plastic state to an elastic state.
